Abstract

The contents of sinomenine in Sinomeni Caulis et Rhizoma were determined by HPLC.
The condition of HPLC analysis were as follows : column; ¥ì-Bondapak C_(18), mobile phase:CH©ýCN¡¤H©üO¡¤HAc(15:84:1) and detector;uv 254nm.
The results were as follows : the contents of Sinomeni Caulis et Rhizoma was 0.0013 ~O.035%.
